Nikkia Kline, LMHC
Founder & Therapist
Nikkia is a compassionate and grounded licensed mental health counselor who specializes in working with individuals navigating attachment wounds, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, and identity struggles. With a deep understanding of how our earliest relationships shape how we show up in the world, Nikkia approaches therapy through a systemic and attachment-based lens—helping clients untangle the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
Nikkia has particular experience supporting equestrians and those in high-pressure or performance-driven environments, and offers a unique understanding of how the mind-body connection, perfectionism, and unprocessed trauma can show up in both life and sport.
In her work, Nikkia integrates practical coping tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while always centering the therapeutic relationship as a safe and collaborative space. She supports clients in building emotional regulation, setting boundaries, working through black-and-white thinking, and developing a stronger sense of self.
Clients working with Nikkia can expect a therapist who is honest, attuned, and deeply invested in their growth. She is committed to helping people not only manage symptoms but also explore the deeper emotional layers underneath—so they can experience more safety in relationships, clarity in identity, and confidence in their ability to move through life.

Joy Falcon, LMHC
Therapist
Joy is a licensed mental health counselor passionate about helping individuals reconnect with themselves and work through the mental and emotional barriers that can get in the way of living authentically and meaningfully. She views therapy as a personal journey toward understanding and acceptance; an invitation to slow down, reflect, and create space for clarity, connection, and change.
Joy understands that life can be overwhelming at times, leaving people feeling stuck, disconnected, depleted, or unsupported. She believes no one should have to face those challenges alone and is honored to walk alongside her clients with compassion and care.
Her approach is client-centered and tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. At the heart of her work is a deep respect for each person’s unique story and a commitment to being fully present as they move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
Joy works with individuals from all walks of life and has particular experience supporting children, adolescents, and their families. Prior to her clinical work, she served as a school counselor, which deepened her understanding of the challenges young people and families face in both academic and personal settings.
She provides care for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression and mood-related concerns, ADHD, behavioral and emotional regulation challenges, life transitions and adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, stress and burnout, and self-esteem and identity concerns.
With a relational approach, Joy creates a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and understood as they explore their inner world and move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and empowerment.
